The Cross remains the hinge of human history. Countless Christians throughout history have looked to Jesus for hope and purpose. The last leg of Jesus’ public ministry was in Jerusalem. Mark 11-16 chronicles his much anticipated entry in to the city, just days before the Cross. During these busy days Jesus entered the city in triumph, cleared the temple, confronted the Pharisees, gathered the disciples for the last supper, instituted the Lord’s Supper, and finally was tortured at the cross. Before you celebrate Easter, take this journey down the road to redemption. Get your heart ready for the Resurrection.
